MCI is part of the respected Nikulin Circus of Russia. The tour covered 20 cities, with 34 performances in 2012.

​

• As Executive Coordinator and Tour Manager I oversaw the on-site aspects of the tour and ensured its execution on schedule and as planned by the production companies. Handled  budget and provided weekly reports to the business manager.

• Handled relationship with each promoter and venue and ensured the artistic and hospitality demands were met.

• Resolved each and all setbacks that have arisen regarding promoters or venues.

• Prepared daily artist and crew schedules, oversaw hotel departure times, settled accommodation bills, oversaw travel arrangements.

• Oversaw promotional activities such as  TV, radio and press interviews.
