Beco 203 was an entertainment company that operated in Brazil between 2003 and 2020 and owned three music venues in Porto Alegre and Sao Paulo. Specializing in national and international concerts, music festivals and DJ performances, mainly indie pop, indie rock, new music and folk.​ During 2 years as Director of Communications, oversaw the creation and execution of events such as concerts of the bands Television (USA), Toro y Moi (USA), Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks (USA), among other nearly 250 events successfully produced.

• Managed production and communication teams consisting of nine full-time employees and a variety of freelancers.

• Coordinated Social Media and e-mail Marketing campaigns.

• Took care of the location of the venues for corporate events.

• Handled contracts with multiple third parties.

• Negotiated partnerships 

• Monitored public opinion and trends, using this data to shape the messaging, branding and concept for each event, resulting in a 25% increase in the company’s revenue from 2013 to 2014.
